Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

 

Order lead times are subject to availability of stock. Any issueswill be notified to the customer within 24 hrs of receipt of the order. Orders are generally completed withing 7 days and will be despatched using our standard delivery option (4.99)

Large orders may be subject to additional postage charges at cost. Parcels are delivered within 3 - 5 working days by My Hermes parcel delivery service. Parcels are tracked. 

You can also opt to collect your order free of charge from our Macclesfield Store during regular opening times which are Monday to Saturday between 9am and 5pm, 

Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with a non-personalised item that you have purchased from us, you can return it to us in its original condition and packaging within 28 days of delivery for a full refund.

You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or we have mis-sold it in any way. We recommend that you obtain a ‘Proof of Postage’ from your carrier. Classworx Ltd cannot be held responsible for items that fail to reach us without a proof of posting receipt.

 

We will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your return and refunded your money.  This may take up to 10 working days from receipt of the returned item(s).

 

If your items received are faulty please email us within 3 working days of receipt on uniform@classworx.co.uk

 

PERSONALISED ITEMS

All personalised items, such as leaver’s hoodies and T-shirts, which have been custom designed and approved by the customer cannot be returned for any reason unless they are faulty in any material respect. This does not affect your statutory rights.
